Led a team of over 40 creatives across eight brands, managing over $9M in revenue. Partnered with global and local clients, including General Motors and The Detroit Institute of Arts, to deliver integrated campaigns that reshaped industry perceptions through bold storytelling and innovative brand positioning.
Developed award-winning, high-impact integrated campaigns that effectively met global clients’ business objectives while addressing both human and industry challenges. Select campaigns include:

Created “hi AI,” a tailored AI solution that combines the expertise of top industry professionals with cutting-edge AI technology, boosting efficiency and collaboration. Since Q1 2025, this solution has been successfully integrated into the agency’s global network.
Developed and launched the MobileService+ brand from inception, securing it as a retained client and driving new business growth.
Assembled cross-functional teams as “task forces” to develop innovative solutions for both clients and the agency, which produced a new project management platform, optimized existing and created new brief creation process, streamlined timelines and workflow, and created employee resource groups (ERG) focused on supporting parents in the workplace.
Served as chair of Detroit’s prestigious advertising awards, “The D Show,” directing the council of industry leaders in organizing and producing the annual event.
Pioneered and launched the first “Diversity in the D” scholarship and mentorship program, promoting inclusivity and opportunity within Detroit’s creative community.
Mentored talent with a coaching approach through the “Diversity in the D” and “Greater Together” programs.

Partnered with Executive Creative Director to create integrated campaigns for global automotive aftermarket clients. Successfully rebranded the Goodwrench brand. Developed the altruistic campaign “I’m In” for Detroit Public Schools focused on improving Detroit and enhancing the city’s community. This Campaign won the Grand Effie in 2010.
